Is that a thing? Oh yes, yes it is … and very much so on lizards! Let’s take a look at a prime example. Here are Lil’ Murph’s pitty arms – you read that correctly. He has cute wittle pitty arms.

Lil’ Murph

You know how people speak to their animals. He also has wippies & toofers instead of lips & teeth … because they’re just that adorable. Don’t judge. I’m the one that lives with being overheard by others when I sound that way. We’ve all accepted this about me.

  11. Many lizards have strong bonds with their humans. When I left my country for 2 weeks, Murph became depressed, lethargic, stopped eating & pooing. This worried his caretakers. 4 people were seeing to his well-being, but he became depressed without me.
I don’t know of any lizards becoming protective, like a dog, but, they are intelligent & it may be possible with the larger lizards.
Murph does not like most strangers, human or animal, he bunkers down & watches them.

  12. I was surprised, maybe the reason why I was surprised was that I didn’t know anything about him, for the first time I saw someone feeding lizard 💚

  13. Happy to surprise you! Once a person buys the special lighting, enclosure and things & educates themselves on proper care, they make wonderful companions! There’s no fur or fleas. They’re quiet & the larger, calm ones like to cuddle when they’re sleepy. : )
